Dr. Amer headed for the Golden State where she started a General Practice Residency at USC. She lived in the South Bay area practicing in Torrance for a few years before opening up her own practice in Bellflower. With a growing family, Dr. Amer decided to pack up and move back to Texas to be closer to her mother, father, and brother. She has been in her current location since 2006.
